President Prabowo Subianto, along with Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, attended the Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW 1447 H celebration at Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta. The event had the theme “The 2025 State-Level Commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday: Ecotheology – The Example of Prophet Muhammad SAW for the Sustainability of the Earth and the Nation.” Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar delivered a sermon focusing on love, compassion, and happiness. The Imam of Istiqlal Mosque, Husni Ismail, led a prayer urging worshippers to protect nature and promote peace. This event was intended to honor Prophet Muhammad SAW and encourage followers to uphold environmental preservation in line with his teachings.
