President Prabowo Subianto attended the 2025 Indonesian Science, Technology, and Industry Convention (KSTI) at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) in collaboration with ITB. During the event, President Prabowo visited various exhibition booths, including the “Flagship Research Products” booth from Padjadjaran University showcasing innovative technologies like VR Dental Hypnosis and VR for Nurses. In his remarks at the Sabuga Hall, Prabowo acknowledged the presence of his cabinet members, the Governor of West Java, and other distinguished guests. With the theme “Science and Technology for Economic Growth and Equity,” KSTI 2025 aims to drive national economic transformation through research, science, and technological innovation as part of the government’s strategy for Golden Indonesia 2045. The convention also highlights exhibitions from eight national priority sectors, including energy, defense, digitalization, downstream industry development, healthcare, food security, maritime affairs, and advanced materials and manufacturing.
