President Prabowo Subianto attended the 2025 Indonesian Science, Technology, and Industry Convention (KSTI) at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). The event, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology in collaboration with ITB, featured exhibition booths showcasing innovative research products from various universities. Prabowo delivered remarks at the Sabuga Hall with the theme “Science and Technology for Economic Growth and Equity,” highlighting the government’s strategy to drive economic transformation through research and technological innovation towards Golden Indonesia 2045. The convention also focused on eight national priority sectors including energy, defense, digitalization, industry development, healthcare, food security, maritime affairs, and advanced materials and manufacturing, emphasizing the importance of science and technology in achieving national development goals.
